Lead and develop 8-10 accounting team members
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report on variances
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
Coordinate and manage the annual audit and mid-year review
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
Support month-end and year-end close process
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

What you need:

10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
MBA or Advanced degree in accounting preferred
CPA required

Experience in researching and documenting accounting issues to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Experience in the development of policies and procedures
Management experience leading finance/accounting team
Must have excellent leadership/ mentorship skills
Manufacturing highly preferred
