The ideal candidate will have sales and construction-related experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. This full-time position offers a competitive salary with the potential to earn up to $200,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of homebuilding or construction-related experience preferred.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and explain house plans.
• Familiarity with residential construction practices and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in selecting home plans and understanding financing.
• Interpret construction drawings and evaluate plan modifications.
• Coordinate site visits and finalize quotes.
• Manage leads through HubSpot CRM.
• Build relationships with local realtors, lenders, and land brokers.
