Qualifications

We serve Eastern‑Central Alabama and Western‑Central Georgia, building dream homes on customer‑owned land or within our curated communities. Position Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused New Construction Specialist (NCS) to join our team at our upcoming Sales & Design Studio in Phenix City, Alabama. This role walks clients through the entire sales process—from choosing a home plan to signing the contract and closing on their loan.

Compensation

• $75,000 base salary during 12-week training
• Total annual earning potential: $100,000–$200,000+

What You’ll Do

• Guide clients in selecting home plans and understanding financing
• Interpret construction drawings and evaluate plan modifications
• Coordinate site visits and finalize quotes
• Present and execute contracts with accuracy and professionalism
• Manage leads through HubSpot CRM (walk‑ins, website, referrals, Zillow, etc.)
• Build relationships with local realtors, lenders, and land brokers
• Maintain a high standard of presentation in the Sales & Design Studio

What You Bring

• 1+ years of homebuilding or construction‑related experience (preferred)
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with residential construction practices and terminology
• Ability to read and explain house plans
