Job summary

Camden Roofing & Construction, based in Charlotte, is expanding its sales team. The role offers a full-time, on-site position with a salary potential of $85,000 to $150,000 annually, plus uncapped commissions and a company vehicle.

You will handle homeowner communications, schedule inspections, and work to build referrals while coordinating with leadership. Requirements include 1–3 years in customer service, strong communication, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run inspections, set appointments, and plan for homeowners.
• Manage leads provided by Camden Roofing.
• Develop self-generated leads when possible.
• Provide roofing and gutter solutions with quality materials.
• Build a network of referrals and stay organized with teammates and customers.
• Follow up and keep homeowners updated during projects.

Requirements:

• One to three years of Customer service experience in hospitality, construction, Insurance, Real estate, etc Military welcome also etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independentlyand in a Team environment.
• Must have reliabletransportation to commute back and forth to work.
• Valid driver’s license and must pass background check.
• If you need to relocate. You’re required to relocate before starting work.
• Organized and Intermediate computer skills are a must.
• Self motivated, eager to learn and able to manage time wisely.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate the needs of the homeowner and are willing to learn how to work with insurance providers.

• Provide Roofing & Gutter solutions using superior quality building materials.

• Stay organized and remain transparent with teammates and customers.
• Follow up and follow through by keeping homeowners updated while their project is in motion.
• Full Time/ W-2 position.

Salary: $85,000.00 – $150k per year (Top performers earn $150K plus)
