Northline is investing in digital advertising, social media, local content, community partnerships, events, referrals, and brand marketing designed to put qualified homeowners on your calendar.

Your job? Show up prepared, build trust, provide an incredible experience, and close.

You'll also have the opportunity to create your own business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationships throughout Charlotte—the more opportunities you create, the more you can earn.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll be the face of Northline for homeowners across Charlotte.

You'll meet with customers, inspect their roofs, help them understand their options, build a solution, and close the deal.

Some days you'll have multiple appointments already waiting on your calendar. Other days you'll be networking, building referral relationships, following up with opportunities, or getting out into the Charlotte community.

Think relationship-driven sales, not cheesy door-to-door roofing guy.

You'll:

• Run multiple homeowner appointments each day


• Perform roof inspections and walk customers through what you find


• Build quotes and present roofing options


• Close deals and earn commission


• Follow up with leads and manage your pipeline


• Generate additional business through referrals, networking, and prospecting


• Build relationships with homeowners and professionals throughout Charlotte


• Stay involved with your customers from the first conversation through installation

The Basics

You'll need:

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record


• U.S. work authorization


• Ability to pass a background check


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Comfort climbing ladders and inspecting roofs


• Ability to lift 50+ lbs


• Basic comfort with technology, CRMs, and Google Workspace

Previous sales experience is great, but we're more interested in drive, personality, discipline, and coachability.
