TurnPoint Services’ Greenwell Plumbing, Heating & Air team is hiring Licensed Commercial New Construction Plumbers to serve Southern Indiana and Kentucky. The role offers Monday–Friday schedules with occasional Saturdays, and uncapped earning potential through piece/work pay.

Qualifications

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in new construction.
• Collaborate with general contractors and electricians.
• Read blueprints and layouts to ensure proper pipe placement.
• Coordinate with team for efficient task completion.
• Maintain records of materials used.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Role Overview

Greenwell Plumbing, Heating & Air has provided high-quality residential and commercial services to Southern Indiana and Kentucky for over 30 years. Our team is committed to our motto, “Simply Dependable,”, and due to continued growth, we are seeking Licensed Commercial New Construction Plumbers to join our team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays

Pay:

• Piece/task pay with uncapped earning potential
• Average annual salary: $70,000–$95,000+

Location: Southern Indiana and Kentucky service area

Role Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures throughout all phases of new construction projects
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals
• Read blueprints and layouts to ensure proper placement of pipelines
• Coordinate with team members for efficient and timely task completion
• Maintain accurate records of all materials used
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumber License or ability to obtain one within 90 days
• Proven experience in plumbing, especially in residential new construction
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in new builds
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations for new construction
