Rodenhiser Home Services in Massachusetts is seeking an Experienced Remodel Plumber to join our team. You will perform plumbing remodel calls within your area, build customer rapport, and help clients choose the right maintenance plans.

The role requires a Licensed Journeyman Plumber with remodel/new construction experience, knowledge of plumbing and gas codes, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a competitive base salary range of $65,000–$100,000 plus bonuses and benefits, reflecting

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber required.
• Remodel or new construction experience required.
• Knowledge of plumbing and gas codes and safety standards.

• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Engaged in further technical development and cross-training.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing remodel calls within your area of expertise.
• Establish customer rapport to instill confidence in the team and upsell appropriate products and services.
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Have the ability to exceed KPI goals.
• Conduct timely follow-up calls with customers.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging or underperforming systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.

We are looking for an Experienced Remodel Plumber to Join our Team. In this position you would be:

• Completingplumbing remodelcalls within their current area of expertise.
• Establishing customer rapport to instill confidence in the team and sell the right products and services
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Have the ability to exceed the minimum KPI goal.
• Successfully complete follow‑up calls.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber
• Remodel/New Constructionexperience is required
• Competent in the use of all tools and resources related to basic remodel calls.
• Knowledge of Plumbing and gas codes and proper safety standards.
• Ability to explain technical information to non‑technical customers.
• Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety, rules, and procedures.
• Hold at least one state license or certification.
• Engaged in further technical development (i.e. Different disciplines and cross-training).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000–$100,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
