Job summary

Rodenhiser Home Services, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Remodel Plumber to join our team in Massachusetts. You will complete remodel calls, build trust with customers, and help them choose the best service and financing options.

You will maintain a clean work site, meet KPIs, and participate in ongoing training and growth within a family-owned company that values its people and customers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber with remodel/new construction experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing and gas codes and safety standards.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Must hold at least one state license or certification.
• Active driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Completing plumbing remodel calls within their current area of expertise.
• Establishing customer rapport to instill confidence and upsell services.
• Educate customers on finance options and maintenance plans.
• Exceed the minimum KPI goal.
• Perform follow-up calls after service.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging or inefficient systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and inventory on truck.

We are looking for an Experienced Remodel Plumber to Join our Team. In this position you would be:

• Completing plumbing remodel calls within their current area of expertise
• Establishing customer rapport to instill confidence in the team and sell the right products and services
• Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
• Have the ability to exceed the minimum KPI goal
• Successfully complete follow-up calls
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck

Desired Skills And Experience

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber
• Remodel/New Construction experience is required
• Competent in the use of all tools and resources related to basic remodel calls
• Knowledge of Plumbing and gas codes and proper safety standards
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers
• Ability to take timely action to solve problems using established policies and procedures
• Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety, rules, and procedures
• Hold at least one state license or certification
• Engaged in further technical development (i.e. Different disciplines and cross-training)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000–$100,000, based on responsibilities, experience, and other relevant factors. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation depending on their position. Total compensation is determined through a structured review considering experience, education, certifications, and licenses.
