Workforce Recruiter is sourcing a New-Construction Operations Manager for a Richmond, VA office. The role focuses on directing branch operations, sales, and production for a growing custom home builder.

The candidate will lead a team, coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and subcontractors, and ensure timely project starts, budgets, and customer satisfaction. A strong local network and hands-on leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of custom residential construction.
• Experience with production building (multiple homes at once).
• Servant-leader management style.
• Knowledge of local Virginia vendors/subs.

Responsibilities

• Review new leads with Sales Team.
• Review advertising budgets and monitor spend.
• Weekly updates with Division President.
• Review sales pipeline, contracts, Starts, Warranty, Settlements.
• Recruit/hire/train/mentor/supervise employees, subs and vendors.
• Manage overhead costs and general P&L.
• Address customer concerns and provide resolutions.
