Talent Solutions Partners in Richmond, VA is seeking a New-Construction Operations Manager to lead branch operations for our residential construction client. You will oversee production, sales processes, and team growth, ensuring on-time starts and quality builds.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of custom residential construction, strong leadership and hands-on problem-solving, with established vendor relationships in the South Richmond area.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of custom residential construction.
• Experience with production building and multiple homes simultaneously.
• Servant-leader management style.
• Familiarity with local vendors and subs in the South Richmond area.

Responsibilities

• Review new leads with Sales Team
• Review advertising and approve budget
• Coordinate weekly with Division President
• Review sales pipeline, starts, warranties, settlements
• Review projections with managers and leadership
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, supervise employees, subs and vendors
• Negotiate contracts and hire subs and suppliers
• Review overhead costs and general P&L
• Address customer concerns and communicate resolutions
• Job inspections when necessary
• Plan reviews
• Final review meetings
