Top Dog Recruiting is seeking a New-Construction Operations Manager for our Richmond, VA area. The role focuses on leading branch operations, sales and production for custom residential builds, with a servant-leader management style and strong vendor relationships.

You will drive the production and sales processes, oversee budgets, lead a team of employees, subs, and vendors, and ensure projects meet time and quality goals while maintaining exceptional customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Review leads with Sales Team
• Approve budget and advertising
• Weekly updates with Division President
• Oversee sales pipeline, contracts, starts, warranty, settlements
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, supervise employees, subs, and vendors
• Negotiate contracts and hire subs and suppliers
• Review overhead costs and general P&L
• Address customer concerns and communicate resolutions
