Genesis Health Clubs is hiring a Community Operations Manager to help launch a new apartment community opening November 1 in Goddard, Kansas.

This hands-on role requires high organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high workload while delivering a positive experience for residents and prospects.

Responsibilities include pre-leasing, tours, leases, resident communications, maintenance coordination, and supporting marketing through social media, signage, and local outreach.

Qualifications

• At least three years of leasing experience within a residential apartment community.
• One year experience in moderate-income housing.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to manage a high volume of responsibilities and changing priorities.
• Experience using Canva to create marketing materials and social media content.
• The ability to quickly learn and confidently use leasing and property management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to suggest new ideas and improvements.
• Immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Pre-leasing the community and conducting tours.
• Preparing leases and communicating with prospective and current residents.
• Coordinating maintenance requests and vendor follow-up.
• Supporting marketing efforts through social media, signage, local outreach, and other initiatives.
• Bringing new ideas to improve resident experience.
