Qualifikationen

• At least three years of leasing experience within a residential apartment community.
• One year experience in moderate-income housing.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to manage a high volume of responsibilities and changing priorities.
• Experience using Canva to create professional marketing materials and social media content.
• The ability to quickly learn and confidently use leasing and property management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to suggest new ideas and improvements.
• Immediate availability.

Aufgaben

• Assist in pre-leasing activities and conduct tours for prospective residents.
• Prepare leases and coordinate move-ins with current residents and maintenance teams.
• Communicate with residents and prospects to provide excellent service.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and monitor resolution timelines.
• Support marketing efforts through social media, signage, and local outreach.
