Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a New College Grad - Engineer in DPG Compute PE Y/Q to own global health of server DRAM products, driving yield, quality, and performance improvements.

You will analyze data, identify root causes, and partner with global teams to ensure qualification, ramp, and high-volume manufacturing success. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, technical leadership, and the use of AI-enabled tools to streamline engineering workflows and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in yield analysis, product quality, testing, debugging, or process issue resolution.
• Experience with automation solutions, including AI-assisted tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Strong analytical, communication, and multi-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own global product health for server DRAM products, including yield, quality, and speed performance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze silicon parametric, test, and manufacturing data to identify issues, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and execute yield and quality improvement strategies across NPI, qualification, production ramp, and high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with fab, test, module, quality, and operations teams worldwide to align priorities and drive execution.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve engineering workflows, data analysis efficiency, and technical decision-making.
