Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a DRAM Yield & Quality Engineer to own the end-to-end health of server DRAM products, ensuring yield, quality, and performance meet targets across the product lifecycle.

You will analyze large data sets from silicon parametrics, testing, and manufacturing, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions with a global, cross-functional team. Strong analytical skills and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with yield analysis, product quality, testing, debugging, or process issue resolution.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems using structured methodologies in an agile environment.
• Experience developing or using automation and AI-assisted tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own global health of server DRAM products, including yield, quality, and speed performance.
• Analyze silicon parametric, test, and manufacturing data to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and execute yield and quality improvement strategies across NPI, qualification, ramp, and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with fab, test, module, quality, and operations teams worldwide to align priorities.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to improve workflows and decision-making.
