Job summary
Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a New College Grad - Legacy DRAM Product Yield Enhancement Engineer to support legacy DRAM products through the manufacturing lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science with a solid academic record.
- Coursework in VLSI, device physics, semiconductor process, programming, and statistics is desirable.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to adopt new technologies and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical failure analysis to understand failure mechanisms.
- Identify causes of component failures through statistical data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fabrication and assembly process defects and test-flow marginalities.
- Use statistical data analysis, data visualization, and AI tools to identify trends and accelerate root cause investigations.
- Communicate findings clearly through written reports and presentations.
