Qualifications

• 5+ years of Automotive Sales Manager experience required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Willingness to undergo background check and meet driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales staff to ensure best customer experience.
• Create and forecast goals for the department and staff.
• Monitor internet, phone and showroom leads; manage selling process.
• Manage new car inventory and work with management on inventory strategy.
• Achieve sales objectives and promote high CSI scores.
