Ed Napleton Automotive Group seeks a New Car Sales Manager at Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee to lead the sales team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will recruit, train, coach, and retain top sales associates, driving market share and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will forecast goals, manage inventory, monitor leads, and support the sales process to close deals. Growth opportunities exist within one of the country's largest automotive groups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and coach sales staff to deliver a top customer experience.
• Set and forecast goals for the New Car Sales Department and staff.
• Monitor internet, phone and showroom leads for the team.
• Train and manage the selling process for new cars; assist in closing deals.
• Manage, turn, and acquire New Car Inventory.
• Collaborate with management on inventory based on sales data.
• Meet monthly New Car sales objectives set by General Manager.
• Control expenses for the New Car Department.
• Promote high CSI scores through excellent customer experience.
