What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners, initiating outreach via calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify leads by understanding the needs and interests of potential clients and setting up appointments for Account Managers
- Build relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy and support school communities
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress toward sales goals in the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Sales Automation or Customer Relationship Management software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
