What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners through prospecting efforts
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for Account Managers
- Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote literacy
- Manage a sales pipeline by maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead generation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of proven successful sales experience in retail or district/territory sales
- Proficiency with MS Office software and experience with Sales Automation or CRM systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders

- Familiarity with children’s literature, Book Fairs, and school activities
- Proven leadership abilities and qualities demonstrated in previous roles
- Experience in event management and personal selling
