What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and identify potential school and district partners through outreach methods
- Qualify leads by understanding prospects' needs and set up appointments for Account Managers
- Build and maintain relationships with educators and administrators to promote Scholastic Book Fairs
- Manage and track sales progress in the CRM system to meet monthly and quarterly goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead generation strategies and improve efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail or territory sales, event management, or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Sales Automation and CRM software
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for relationship-building with peers, customers, and superiors
