Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking a Commercial Insurance Renewal Agent to manage and renew an established book of General Liability for contractors. The role emphasizes retention and growth, with a focus on providing streamlined renewal experiences for insureds.

You will own renewal processes, gather underwriting information, present options, and collaborate with carriers to secure favorable terms.

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience preferred, especially General Liability.
• Active California Property and Casualty license preferred; license assistance available.
• Strong sales and customer-retention mindset with ability to manage a high-volume renewal pipeline.
• Proficiency in communicating policy options and requirements clearly.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned book and renewal pipeline for General Liability renewals.
• Proactively contact customers about renewals, coverage needs, underwriting requirements, pricing, and payment.
• Review policies and customer info to identify changes affecting renewal eligibility or pricing.
• Gather underwriting information to prepare accurate renewal options.
• Present renewal options and guide customers through coverage decisions.
