LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Field Account Executive for State and Local, New Business in OH/PA/MI/IL. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, create pipeline, and close new LexisNexis business through consultative selling.

Role requires regular in-person meetings and weekly presence at the Dayton, OH office. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in New Business Sales, Business Development, or Consultative Selling.
• Strong discovery, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to acquire State and Local Government customers.
• Prospect into agencies, departments and offices with new revenue potential.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and events.
• Conduct discovery to align LexisNexis solutions with customer needs and workflows.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including proposals and pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advance opportunities and win new business.
• Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy and forecast opportunities.
