Job Description

New Business Development Representative: Introduce and promote our company on the phone to companies that attend national trade shows and follow up via email to set qualified appointments for our sales team. There are no territories nationwide. We offer advancement opportunity to one who is sincere about becoming a sales professional, with potential to earn commission alongside $12 hourly pay.

Work onsite 4-5 hours daily in a comfortable environment within hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday-Friday. 35-50 calls per day to set up appointments for outside sales team. Superb, thorough training, coaching and mentoring provided by a leader with a proven track record.

Qualifications

Previous cold call experience is mandatory. We seek an articulate, polished, reliable, courteous individual who is self‑disciplined and a self‑starter. The ideal candidate communicates clearly over the phone and manages time efficiently. Will be accountable to New Business Development Manager and must track weekly activity via a standard online CRM tool such as Salesforce.com.

Additional Information
