KPF, a global architecture firm, is seeking a New Business Coordinator to join our global marketing team in New York City. You will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to craft qualifications, proposals, and presentations that advance our international projects.

The ideal candidate brings 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong writing/editing skills, and a keen eye for graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Qualifications

• A degree in architecture, urban planning, or design is preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• A keen graphic design sense.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with firm leadership and internal/external stakeholders to produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Work with the global marketing team on strategic materials and pitches.
• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to client presentations and proposals with clear, compelling visuals.

KPF, a global architecture firm headquartered in New York City, is looking for a New Business Coordinator to join our global marketing team and collaborate with a group of exceptionally talented, enthusiastic colleagues in the pursuit of exciting, impactful projects around the world.

You will work directly with firm leadership and both internal and external stakeholders to produce custom-made, strategically composed qualifications, proposals, and presentations.

The work is fast-paced, detail-oriented, intellectually stimulating, and highly valued.

A demonstrated interest or background in architecture or urban planning is ideal.
