Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides information to customers regarding account details, rates, and charges.
• Processes and opens new accounts including checking, savings, and IRAs.
• Assists with Safe Deposit Boxes, Merchant Credit Cards, wire transfers, and debit card processing.
• Responds to customer queries and reconciles bank statements, images, and stop payments.
• Participates in Teller and Vault operations as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
