Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Territory Manager 2 (ATM 2) to drive Neurovascular sales across an assigned territory. The role involves partnering with field sales and clinical teams, traveling within the region, and supporting growth initiatives.

A valid drivers license and willingness to travel 50%+ are essential. The position reports to the District Manager and may require working outside primary territory assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales orientation with medical devices or healthcare experience.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with surgeons, nurses, distributors and key opinion leaders.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Neurovascular products within assigned geographic area to meet/exceed targets.
• Builds and strengthens relationships with stakeholders including surgeons and hospital staff.
• Provides clinical/technical support during cases and educates clinicians on product options.
• Identifies target accounts and analyzes sales opportunities with field reps.
• Represents Medtronic at medical symposia and supports territory expansion.
