Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in the Neurovascular space to cover Austin and Dallas, TX. The role is field-based with travel across the territory.

A valid driver’s license is essential, and up to 50% travel within the territory is expected, including nights and weekends. The ATM 2 will collaborate with field sales and clinical teams, support cases, lead in-service activities, and promote education of Medtronic products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4+ years of experience, or Associate’s Degree with 2+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences sales or clinical roles.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's Neurovascular products within assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Develops and strengthens relationships with distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
• Provides clinical and technical support during cases and informs clinicians of treatment options.
• Executes sales strategy and manages sales process for the defined territory; interfaces with hospital staff to promote products.
• Trains medical personnel in the use of Medtronic products and responds to inquiries.
