Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of medical device sales experience in hospital settings.
• Experience in neurovascular, OR, or Cathlab environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and coordinates activities to drive product use in the designated geography.
• Coordinates training activities for all accounts within the geography.
• Collaborates with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) within each territory.
• Participates in negotiations with key accounts.
• Forecasts sales and monitors market/economic changes that may impact growth.
• Has responsibility for some service activities.
• Collaborates to strengthen culture and enhance customer relationships.
• Monitors competition by gathering market information on pricing, products, and sales strategies.
• Recommends changes in products, services, and policy based on results and competitors.
• Travel >60%.
