Job summary

Stryker’s Neurovascular division seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales and provide customer support within a designated territory in California. You will implement launch strategies, engage with physicians, and identify key accounts to grow product adoption.

The role emphasizes relationship building, market development, and collaboration with Marketing to educate health professionals on new techniques and products. Commission-based with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of clinical sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships across accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes launch strategies with product introductions and in-services for customers.
• Analyzes territory, identifies key target accounts, generates and follows up on sales leads.
• Monitors competitive landscape: pricing, delivery, merchandising, and trends.
• Builds relationships with multiple customers daily, informs on new products and pricing.
• Supports market development to increase patient access to treatments and educate physicians.
