Job summary

Terumo Neuro seeks a Manager of Sales & Clinical Training to lead cross-functional training strategies, onboarding, and product adoption within a dynamic medical device environment.

You will partner with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs to drive program leadership, establish KPIs, and ensure curriculum governance across the organization. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Education, Nursing, Business, Medical Technology, or related field.
• Minimum six years of neurovascular or medical device training experience.
• Minimum one year of management or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated clinical and technical knowledge related to neurovascular procedures or technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with effective facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and learning management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales & Clinical Training programs and initiatives to improve field excellence.
• Partner with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs to execute training strategies.
• Oversee onboarding, product adoption, and procedural training across the organization.
• Establish KPIs for training effectiveness and govern curriculum/content quality.
• Present training results to senior leadership and ensure compliance with laws and quality systems.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in content and delivery.
