Penumbra seeks a Business Development Specialist to drive growth in Latin America, partnering with the Brazil Country Manager to implement downstream strategies. This role focuses on fieldwork across Rio de Janeiro and Espirito Santo, coordinating with regional distributors to educate, demonstrate, and promote Penumbra technologies.

You will organize hands-on sessions, workshops, and product trainings for healthcare professionals, with travel up to 70%.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Medical Devices (Sales, Clinical Support, or Training roles)
• Experience conducting field education and product demonstrations
• Willingness to travel up to 70%
• English proficiency preferred

Responsabilidades

• Conduct field medical visits in collaboration with distributors, ensuring education and awareness of Penumbra products.
• Plan, organize, and deliver hands-on sessions, workshops, and in-hospital product training for distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Act as the primary field support for distributor activities, aligning with Penumbra's commercial and clinical strategies.
• Support product launches in the region by working with distributors to drive adoption in key accounts.
• Gather and report market intelligence from the field to the Country Manager, identifying opportunities and challenges.
• Maintain effective communication with distributors to ensure consistent messaging, training, and execution.
• Select, manage, train, and develop staff with objectives and performance reviews.
