Prisma Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient neuroscience unit at Greenville Memorial Hospital. You will employ evidence-based practices, ensure safety, and contribute to quality improvement while adhering to hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

The unit serves stroke, neurovascular and related conditions. A night shift is required, with weekend/holiday/on-call expectations as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• One year of registered nurse experience requested. In lieu options may apply per organization policy.

Responsabilités

• Collects data and completes nursing assessment using age-specific standards and tools.
• Develops an individualized care plan in collaboration with patient/family and health-care team.
• Updates plan as the patient's condition changes and communicates to team.
