Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Team Sales Representative – Neurosurgical to support healthcare professionals with neurosurgical solutions in operating rooms and clinical settings. You will partner with lead Territory Sales Representatives to drive adoption, provide customer support, and ensure clinicians have the resources needed to use Stryker products effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices or healthcare; OR
• Bachelor’s degree with leadership/military/high-performance experience and interest in sales; OR
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales or territory-based selling with proven performance

Responsibilities

• Support territory sales strategies to hit revenue, market share and growth goals.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in ORs and clinical settings.
• Present features and clinical benefits to surgeons and staff.
• Build relationships with clinicians and decision-makers in accounts.
• Track activity and opportunities using approved sales tools and reporting processes.
• Provide technical product support during evaluations and procedures.
