Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Neurosurgical Sales Representative to promote and sell neurosurgical products to hospitals and clinics. You will conduct in-OR and office demonstrations, communicate product value, and address customer needs with an emphasis on service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of outside sales experience (medical devices preferred) or a Bachelor’s degree, with roughly 20% travel. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical device preferred) or Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University (with 2+ years of med device sales experience preferred).
• Travel requirement: Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.
• Physical and mental requirements include medium work, precision, ethics, and ability to manage time and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker NS products to meet customer needs in OR and office settings.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrate value of products to doctors, nurses and staff.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to Regional Manager while striving to exceed goals.
