Medtronic is seeking a field-based Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies to support Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic programs in the Los Angeles region. The role requires hands-on clinical and technical knowledge, customer training, and collaboration with NRCs and Surgical Synergy teams.

Travel within the territory is required, with some overnight travel. A valid driver’s license is essential, and experience with image-guided systems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in clinical, medical imaging/navigation/robotics is acceptable
• RT and/or MRI certification is a nice to have

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support NRCs for on-site installations at customer sites.
• Provide technical assistance during technology-enabled procedures.
• Maintain and update system hardware/software for optimal performance.
• Deliver telephone clinical support to customers and train hospital staff.
