Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a patient‑centered team member to support neurosurgery and spine care visits at 4 Centennial Drive, Peabody, MA. The full‑time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., onsite. You will assist during office visits, room patients, coordinate tests and prescriptions, maintain clean care areas, and communicate with patients and families in a compassionate manner.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS or CPR/AED training required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient patient flow throughout the practice.
• Assist during office visits, including rooming patients and supporting examinations, procedures, and treatments as directed.
• Coordinate follow-up needs such as test results and prescription refills; communicate with patients and families.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized, and safe patient care areas.
• Interact with patients and families in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
