Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a sports medicine and orthopedic team in Peabody, MA.

You will support patient flow, assist during visits, coordinate care, and maintain a clean, safe clinical area while delivering compassionate patient service. The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• BLS or CPR/AED training after 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient patient flow throughout the practice.
• Assist during office visits, including rooming patients and supporting examinations, procedures, and treatments as directed.
• Perform clinically appropriate care coordination tasks, such as general patient guidance, test results, prescription refill support, and related follow-up needs.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized, and safe patient care areas.
• Interact with patients and families in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
