Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Medical Assisting program preferred.
• Prior MA experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with EMR software preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support to Neurosurgery and PM&R providers.
• Prepare patients and medical records for visits; greet and room patients.
• Coordinate patient flow and maintain efficient clinic operations.
• Assist with procedures and maintain examination rooms and supplies.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and communicate with care teams.
