Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient through the surgical pathway from registration to surgeon consultation.
• Communicate clearly with patients and staff to maintain open dialogue.
• Verify insurance and document in the EMR/Practice Management System.
• Submit medical clearances and pre-certifications as required by insurers.
• Improve patient experience and facilitate timely scheduling of consultations and procedures.
• Support staff by maintaining accurate patient records and coordinating referrals.
