Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and licensure in Pennsylvania.
• National Certification in Pennsylvania or reciprocity and licensure to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, and perioperative care to patients with neurosurgical conditions
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop care plans, and manage preoperative and postoperative follow-up in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Perform inpatient rounds and complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations.
• Assist with clinical interventions as appropriate to training, credentialing, and assigned specialty.
• Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams to support continuity and timely access to services.
• Participate in quality improvement, program development, education, and other departmental initiatives.
• Support the department’s clinical, academic, and educational missions.
