Qualifications

• Inpatient management and collaborative practice per protocol.
• Florida APRN or PA licensure with national certification.
• Minimum experience: 1 year as APRN; 2 years in acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical and psychosocial status of patients and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Surgical wound closure, incision and drainage, debridement and dressings as needed near the surgeon.
• Scrub with collaborating surgeon in the operating room.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as credentialed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient education and preventive care.
