Job summary

Allegheny Health Network’s Neurosurgery team at Jefferson Hospital seeks a highly capable Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join a busy, collaborative practice in a hybrid schedule. You’ll deliver care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings, with call coverage and potential travel between AHN sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in PA studies required.
• Current PA license and PA-C or board-eligible.
• MSN for NP pathway required or pursued.
• Active ACLS and CPR certifications.
• DEA license within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings.
• Coordinate complex care with multidisciplinary team.
• Document accurately in medical records and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours coverage.
