Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical area is required.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills; liaison across staff and administration.
• Advanced knowledge of software and applications used by APPs.
• Ability to analyze data, develop reports and action plans.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise a team and manage complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee APP team in Neurosurgery at UCSF Health.
• Provide clinical leadership; supervise NPs and PAs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with APP fellowship program leads and Nursing Excellence office.
