Integra LifeSciences Corporation in Grand Rapids, MI seeks an Account Manager for the Neurosurgery product line. This role focuses on selling to hospital departments, surgeons, and OR staff, with 90% time in the Operating Room, delivering consultative support and expert product knowledge.

You will develop business plans, meet territory targets, and collaborate across functions to ensure customer satisfaction while upholding corporate policies and Sunshine Act compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; business or science background preferred.
• Minimum two years’ B2B sales experience; medical device or healthcare sales a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills; ability to communicate with physicians and OR staff.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business with accounts not previously sold to and grow territory revenue.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives as defined by regional/corporate management.
• Create a formal business plan at the start of each fiscal year and deliver regular territory updates.
• Collaborate with peers to support case coverage and inventory requests.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and untapped accounts.
• Provide product improvement feedback to sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Maintain deep product and disease-state knowledge to act as a trusted OR consultant.
• Operate within budgets and comply with corporate policies and the Sunshine Act.
