Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree in healthcare preferred.
• 1 year in medical office or healthcare setting with appointment scheduling and patient calls preferred.
• Experience CMA/RMA, MOA or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and direct callers efficiently.
• Schedule appointments for physicians and clinicians and convey instructions to patients.
• Remind patients of appointments and handle reschedules/cancellations.
• Process refills, lab/test result requests, and patient messages.
