Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neurosurgeon to provide comprehensive patient care and support the growth of a new neurosurgery practice.

You will deliver high-quality care for spinal and cranial conditions, perform surgeries with sound judgment, and collaborate with an operating room team while leveraging Epic for documentation and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible neurosurgery credential.
• Experience performing spinal and cranial surgeries.
• Strong communication and teamwork in neurocritical care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality neurosurgical care across spinal and cranial conditions.
• Perform spinal and cranial surgeries with strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with a dedicated neurosurgery operating room team and leverage available clinical support resources.
• Use Epic tools to support documentation, coordination of care, and clinical workflows.
