Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group in the Greater Chicagoland Area is seeking a neurosurgeon to join a physician-led team. This full-time role offers a high-volume practice, access to state-of-the-art facilities, and comprehensive support.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurological Surgery, Indiana license or eligibility required; the position emphasizes collaboration with neurologists and spine specialists and a strong focus on subspecialty interest and quality care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• ACGME Neurological Surgery residency completed.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible within 90–120 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide cranial and spine neurosurgical care across inpatient, outpatient, and operative settings.
• Perform elective and emergent neurosurgical procedures.
• Participate in an equitable, shared neurosurgery call rotation.
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, intraoperative imaging, and EPIC EHR with AI enhancements.
• Collaborate with neurologists, orthopedists, pain management specialists, and critical care teams.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient care pathways.
