Responsibilities

• Execute regional KTL engagement strategy in alignment with national priorities, building and maintaining relationships with regional and national thought leaders across major institutions and large practices.
• Drive advocacy for Ipsen's Neuroscience portfolio through high-value, compliant engagements.
• Generate actionable field insights on treatment decision-making, competitive dynamics, and access or reimbursement challenges, translating insights into recommendations for cross-functional partners.
• Lead regional programs such as advisory boards, consulting engagements, regional KTL meetings, and peer-to-peer programs.
• Execute pre-, during-, and post-congress engagement plans with high quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support regional execution of national congress strategies in collaboration with Marketing, Medical, and Sales teams.
• Build relationships with professional societies including AAN, AHS, and AAPM&R.
• Support residency and fellowship engagement and development of Centers of Excellence with field leadership.
