Job summary

Compass Pathways seeks a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist in Cedar Rapids, IA, to drive adoption of our mental health therapy across certified treatment centers. This field-based role travels up to 70% and reports to the Regional Sales Director.

The candidate will build relationships with psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and care systems, delivering scientifically grounded education while aligning with regulatory and patient access frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists and treatment centers
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to healthcare providers
• Identify appropriate patients and assist providers with referral pathways
• Collaborate with treatment sites to optimize delivery workflows
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics and patient flow
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution
• Assist providers with reimbursement processes and access-related challenges
• Gather actionable field insights to inform brand strategy and launch
• Manage territory business planning, call planning, and performance tracking
